Exhibition Timeline
January 27-31, 2025:
Artwork drop off between 8am and midnight. All educators, students, and/or
parents can drop off art and creative writing work to be on display in the exhibition at the front desk of
the Art Academy of Cincinnati (AAC).
AAC staff will be installing all work for the exhibition. All work dropped off MUST include an label
(provided in attached PDF). All artwork must be ready to hang. Digital art must be printed by student or
educator and dropped off ready to hang.
Any work dropped off without a filled out label, not ready to hang, or after January 31st will NOT be
included in the exhibition.
Friday, February 7, 2025, from 5pm – 8pm:
OPENING RECEPTION Event – YOU’RE INVITED!
This event is the kickoff to the exhibition run of the Regional Scholastic Art and Writing Awards.
Award recipients will pick up their awards packets at this event!
An Open Mic event will occur during the Opening Reception for the creative writing award recipients to
read their work in the Lecture Hall from 6pm – 8pm.

Following the Opening Reception, the exhibition will be on view to the public from Saturday,
February 8 – Sunday, February 16, 2025. During this time there may be scheduled field trips by
middle and high school classes in the building to view the exhibition. All field trips must be scheduled
and confirmed by an AAC staff member. If educators are interested in scheduling a field trip, contact
Danielle Mays, Associate Director of Admissions.
Deinstall will occur on Tuesday, February 18 and Wednesday, February 19th. Artwork pick-up is
available from February 20-25, 2025.
