AAC prioritizes a safe and secure campus environment with a security officer on duty during all open building hours, 24/7 campus monitoring, and around-the-clock access to the AAC security hotline.

Security services are available to escort students between AAC and their vehicle, residence hall, nearby bus stops, or other reasonable nearby locations upon request.

All students, faculty and staff must show a security card in order to enter the main AAC building. The building has only one entrance, which is staffed by security personnel. Multiple security cameras cover all areas of the building and are monitored by front-desk staff and security officers. If you have lost or misplaced your ID card, please contact: aacsecurity@artacademy.edu or stop by the front desk for assistance.
Use the forms below to report general concerns or information after an incident has occurred. Reports submitted through these links may not be reviewed outside of normal business hours or immediately. If there is an immediate risk call AAC security at 513-562-6279 or 911.
Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to submit reports related to behavior or incidents of concern. These forms are not to be used in situations where immediate action is required.

The anonymous reporting form provides an option to report concerns without identifying yourself. Anonymous reports are reviewed by appropriate AAC personnel; however, because the report does not include identifying or contact information, AAC may be limited in its ability to request additional information, provide updates, or communicate the outcome of the review. Students may also submit anonymous concerns using the white drop box located outside office N112.

The AAC published an annual report on safety, security, and fire safety.
All AAC students are responsible for securing their own health insurance to be in place during all terms of academic enrollment. The AAC does not provide student health insurance, but the Director of Student Services can assist students in researching healthcare options.
