Stinkstock 2025
AAC presents Stinkstock! the college’s live music and spoken word extravaganza:
November 14, 2025 from 6-11 p.m.
SITE1212, the Art Academy’s indoor/outdoor event space, at 1212 Jackson St. in Over-the-Rhine. The event is free and open to the public, welcoming visitors of all ages to experience a vibrant celebration of creativity and community; no preregistration is required.
Stinkstock is an annual event that, until 2024, was a private event for Art Academy students, faculty and staff. It began in 2021 as a virtual event livestreamed on YouTube. Its name is a take on the historic Woodstock Music and Art Fair, combined with the Art Academy’s mascot, Stinker the Skunk. Stinkstock features live musical performances by students and faculty, with genres ranging from punk rock to lounge music to orchestral music. The event also features performances of spoken-word poetry. The event offers an opportunity for the public to engage directly with the next generation of artists and creatives shaping the region’s cultural landscape.
This year’s lineup of musical and spoken-word artists includes: Matthew Yeager, Shyla Martinez, Avin Martin, DJ Slimes, Lila Ungs, Nevernew, Sophie Joy, Cocoa, Viktoria Makarenko, The Send Off, Marc Governanti, Bridgette Johnson, Superheroes in Training, and Siimoni Washington.
