Our student studios are active spaces for experimenting, tossing ideas back and forth, developing new work, and getting feedback. Almost all of our student studios have large windows providing natural light and amazing views of the historic Over-the-Rhine (OTR) neighborhood.
All juniors and seniors are guaranteed studio space at the Art Academy of Cincinnati. Remaining studio spaces are made available to sophomores based on availability. Generally, students share their studio with three other students, creating an environment that encourages collaboration, conversation, and creative exchange.

We support our students with fully equipped labs in all majors, and offer interdisciplinary access with either training and/or course enrollment. We often have painters making video, or creative writers making sculpture. The AAC believes in a collaborative learning environment to support any creative vision our students have.
