This course introduces students to the tools and techniques of digital drawing and design using professional software. Students will learn how to create digital illustrations, develop layouts, and combine text and image for creative projects. This class practices with drawing tablets while utilizing digital brushes, layering, and color management. Students will also explore various approaches to composition and visual storytelling. Each week builds technical skills while encouraging individual style and experimentation. Students will work on a series of digital works suitable for print or web and gain a strong foundation for personal or professional creative practice.
