Notice of Public Comment

The Art Academy of Cincinnati is seeking comments from the public regarding the college's forthcoming accreditation review by the Higher Learning Commission. Comments must be in writing and address concerns related to the quality of the institution or its academic programs. Please submit comments online via the link provided, or mail them to the address below.

All comments must be received by January 10, 2022.

Accreditations & Associations

The Art Academy of Cincinnati is a private independent college of art and design. It is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD) and is a charter member of NASAD. The Art Academy is also accredited by the Higher Learning Commission: A Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The college has been issued a certificate by the Ohio Board of Regents under Section 1713.03 of the Ohio revised code. It is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students.

The Art Academy of Cincinnati is also a charter member of the Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design (AICAD), a consortium of 41 professional colleges of art and design, dedicated to the exchange of information and programs beneficial to students, faculty, and staff.
