Camp Art Academy

nvestigate, invent, explore, and create—what more could a kid want to do during summer vacation? Camp Art Academy offers a unique opportunity for children ages 5 through 12 to learn about art from professional artists and art educators. Like the Art for Kids classes that run throughout the school year, Camp Art Academy balances technical instruction with freedom for self-expression, offering a range of activities that build fundamental visual art skills, provide hands-on experience, and teach creative problem-solving.
Camp Art Academy offers six separate one-week camps from June through July. Each week focuses on a different subject designed to spark and direct your child's creativity and imagination in the visual arts. Campers may sign up for any number of weeks. Morning and afternoon classes during each week are unique. You can enroll your camper in morning only, afternoon only, or full-day camp each week.
Children are grouped by age, with approximately 15 campers in each class. Activities are geared to the sensibilities and interests of each age group.
