So, it’s crazy that the end of the year is less than a month away. Looking for apartments next year is going to be interesting. For some reason, I never thought I’d be buying my own place yet, like I feel as if I thought that I’d be living in a dorm for my entire college education, and the rest of my life, for that matter. But I’m getting my OWN place, in downtown, with a landlord and fire escapes like in Friends. I’m starting to feel like a grown up. That’s just silly, though.
I hope to be living with 2 of my roommates this year, Lauren and Sarah, plus another really awesome girl, Christina. It would be great because the more people, the cheaper it is and generally the more square feet per person. AND more people= more fun, and chores being more efficiently dispersed among inhabitants! I feel as if I’m being spoiled this year and will be remarkably let down next year; the dorms are SO nice. Washer and dryer in suite, shower, lots of space, etc! Next year’s apartment… Here’s to hoping.
