So, the new website is up and running and let me just be the first to say that it looks FANTASTIC. I absolutely despised the older one we had. (Ssh, don’t tell anyone…) Kudos to everyone who helped make it possible.
In other news, WELCOME to all the new comers visiting this blog! I hope to fill it to the brim with not only knowledge and interesting stuff but also inspiration. I am always looking and discovering new and exciting things everyday, whether it be photos, music, musings, or video and I can not wait to share them with you.
But first, I’ll give you really quick run down of who I am. In order to make this a little more interesting (well, for me at least…), we’re going to play the “If you really knew me…” game. So, let’s see…
If you really knew me you’d know that…
… I’m deathly afraid of spiders, needles, drowning, and spiders.
… my favorite food is Chinese… Even though I found out recently that I’m allergic to the main ingredient found in most Chinese food…
… I still eat Chinese…
…I love to travel and I have been to MANY places already in the world including Paris, Belgium, and Okinawa.
…I’m still unsure of exactly what I want to do with my life, but I have faith in myself and I know that no matter what I’ll be doing I will love it.
Unless it involves fish… I do not like fish…
Well there you go, just some quickie facts about me! Now it’s your turn. Leave a “If you really knew me…” in the comment section below. Not comfortable with that? Shoot me an e-mail. My goal is to make this blog as interactive and pleasing as possible for not only me but you as well, so don’t be shy!
Until then, I’ll leave you with the quote of the day. This one comes from a fellow called Tom Petty and he says:
“You have four years to be irresponsible here. Relax. Work is for people with jobs. You’ll never remember class time, but you’ll remember time you wasted hanging out with your friends. So, stay out late. Go out on a Tuesday with your friends when you have a paper due Wednesday. Spend money you don’t have. Drink ’til sunrise. The work never ends, but college does…“
This is a splendid article. Thanks for bothering to explain all this out for us. It really is a great guide!
I appreciate your post, it is interesting and compelling. I have found my way here through Google, I shall get back once more
I occasionally use online sources from our libraries, such as online journal articles, but I have to say that I prefer going to the library and physically looking at resources. For me it is difficult to read online , so even if I find a useful online source I have to print it out in order to read it. However if I am not able to get to the library or a printer I will use electronic sources.
Glad to be 1 of a lot of visitants on this awing internet internet site : D.
