Financial Aid at a Glance

It’s useful to divide financial aid sources into four basic categories:

1. Federal aid
2. State of Ohio aid
3. Art Academy of Cincinnati scholarships and awards
4. Other sources

For the first two categories above, to become eligible for aid you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). We strongly recommend that you complete this application as soon as possible after January 1. The code number for the Art Academy is 003011. For more information, see www.fafsa.ed.gov.

For the third category above, prospective students should begin the application process and submit the required materials. Art Academy scholarships are based on the portfolio submission, GPA and test scores For more information, see the Art Academy Scholarships page.
