T
hey’re as important to a young artist as technique, and they’re an essential part of AAC’s approach. Our instructors go out of their way to get to know you as an individual. You won’t just see them in the classroom. They’re always around - in the lobby, the hallway, the galleries, the coffeehouse around the corner. They’ll listen to you; they’ll work with you; they’ll challenge you to get the most out of yourself.
AAC faculty act as mentors and role models, but they’re also peers—artists just like you. They’ve learned that it takes more than talent and creativity to succeed; it also takes commitment, maturity, and professionalism. Our instructors teach those essential values along with the studio skills an artist needs.
