Freshman Housing Program

The Art Academy of Cincinnati provides housing for all out-of-town freshman in a newly
renovated building at 1133-1135 Vine Street, half a block from the college’s state-of-the-art
campus. All freshmen residing outside of the Greater Cincinnati area will be required to live in
Art Academy Housing.

A non-refundable Housing Deposit of $250 must be made at the time of Tuition Deposit.
The Housing Deposit is applied to the Fall semester Housing Cost. Occupancy begins mid-August
and terminates at the end of the academic year in May. Specific information regarding your Art
Academy Housing is provided after the Housing Deposit is received. If you have any questions

  Art Academy Housing has twelve apartments at 5 West 12th St. It will house 27 students and one resident advisor.
