FAFSA prior to the Scholarship deadline of March 1, 2008.
A PIN
is required in order to electronically sign the FAFSA.
The 2008-09 FAFSA or renewal FAFSA is available for you to

Financial Aid office begins downloading FAFSA applications
and corrections from the Department of Education.
Communications begin going out to students who apply for aid.

Deadline for Entrance Scholarship Competition

Notices posted for Continuing Scholarship competition. It is
recommended that continuing students file their FAFSA’s prior
to applying for scholarships. Need-based scholarships require
the FAFSA be filed.

Notifications on Entrance scholarship awards mailed to applicants.
Pre-registration for Summer and Fall enrollment.
Continuing student scholarship applications due.

Tax filing deadline. Have you completed your FAFSA yet? If
it was based on estimated tax returns or income, be sure to

Federal Student Loan Exit Counseling session conducted for
graduating Seniors and MAAE graduates with student loans.

Loan processing begins as Award letters and Loan Input
forms are received. For more information on student loans, see
“FFELP” and “Alternative Loans.” Parent and alternative loans are
subject to a credit check and therefore early application is
recommended.

Have you finalized your financial aid for the 2008-09 academic
year? Be sure to submit all the paperwork that we have requested.

Monthly payment plans begin. Contact the Business Office for
more information.

New Student and Parent orientations take place.
All Master Promissory Notes for Federal loans are required to be
completed before loans can be disbursed.
All new student Stafford loan borrowers must complete an
Entrance Interview (provided on-line as well as during Orientation.)

Choice Grant.
If you still haven’t filled out a FAFSA, the State of Ohio has a filing
