REGISTRATION OPTIONS 1&2

Classes are limited in size so register early to ensure your
spot in the class of your choice. Timely registration enables us
to mail your confirmation and advise you of supplies needed for
your first class meeting. All classes require additional supplies;
class fees cover model, materials and lab fees as indicated.

Portfolio Preparation
It is not possible to register online for Portfolio Preparation.

Important information. Please read:

Online registration is processed by a third party
company. Credit card information is not passed on to the Art
Academy. Your confirmation from Infosnap is the only receipt
you will receive. If your credit card payment is not confirmed,
your registration information will not be received by the Art
Academy and you will not be registered. Once a class is full,
you will be unable to register online. You cannot register for
Glassblowing classes online. Each class is listed twice, once
at the regular price and once at the Discount price. (See eligibility
below under Discounts).

Note: If you do not select the Discount price, you will not receive
a discount. No other discounts, coupons or gift certificates

may be redeemed with online registration.

Refunds
Please choose your classes carefully. Written notice of a withdrawal
must be recieved one week prior to the first class; refunds on
non-credit classes cannot be made after that deadline. A $20
registration fee will be charged against all approved withdrawals.
The Art Academy cannot be held responsible for classes missed
due to an individual's work schedule, vacation or other personal
reasons.

Discounts
Academy Circle Supporters:
Discounts on most non-credit adult and Art For Kids classes are
available by becoming an Academy Circle Supporter. For information
on becoming an Academy Circle Supporter, call the Development
Office at 513.562.8746.

Seniors:
Senior citizens (60 or older) may receive a discount for non-credit
classes. Please provide your age when completing the registration
form. This discount applies to the senior taking the class only and
is not transferable to relatives or friends.

Teachers:
Teachers may receive a discount on non-credit classes. To take
advantage of the discount, teachers must submit a letter of
employment from a supervisor on school stationery or other proof
of current teacher status . This discount applies to the teacher taking
the class only and is not transferable to relatives or friends.

Art Academy of Cincinnati Graduates:
AAC graduates may receive a discount on non-credit classes.
Provide the year of your graduation when completing the registration
form. This discount applies to the graduate taking the class only
and is not transferable to relatives or friends.

General Information
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any occasion, in any desired
amount. Call 513.562.8748 for more details. Gift certificates are
transferable but not refundable.

Publicity Waiver
Unless notified otherwise, enrollment indicates that students
and/or parents of students grant permission for use of any visual
record of students or their artwork for educational or publicity
purposes.

Notes
Course offerings, dates, fees, facilities, and instructors are subject to
change without notice.

Registration in Community Education classes entitles students to
work in the studio/lab during class hours only or at specially arranged
times while under the direct supervision of their instructor. Students
must leave the studio/lab at the end of their scheduled class period
to allow degree students access to the facility.

Policy
The Art Academy of Cincinnati does not discriminate on the basis

Safety precautions and proper use of art materials and chemicals
are rigorously practiced. Please use discretion when registering
for classes as the Art Academy cannot be held responsible for
adverse reactions that may arise in some individuals. If you are
pregnant, or think you may be, please consult a physician
before registering.
