Each year the Art Academy invites outstanding professional artists to lecture and to teach. A
number of visitors spend a day or two as artists-in-residence, working with students in the studios
and conducting critiques. The Art Academy regularly collaborates with the Cincinnati Art Museum,
the Contemporary Arts Center and Lightborne Communications in visiting artist programs. Also,
the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) hosts a major lecture series each year bringing a
roster of well-known designers and illustrators.
